Vicky is also currently the Founding Member and Executive Committee Member of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (M.A.P.S. – http://www.maps.org.my) Since 2000, the aim of this Association is to help their members to create a platform and to set a Professional Codes & Ethics of a Speaker and affiliates with the Global Speakers Federation (I.F.F.P.S. - http://www.iffps.org).

He was appointed as a Group Training Manager and later as Vice President for Training & Development for several years by one of the Largest IT Group of Companies specialising in Information and Communication Technology. His prime responsibility there was to introduce Cultural Change programmes and setting up an excellent Corporate Culture amongst the workforce.

Vicky has received Accreditation as a Certified Practitioner and Life Coach of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) by Mental Combat (U.K). and Certified Practitioner of the Art and Science of Neuro Linguistic Programming by The International NLP Trainers Association ( INLPTA - http://www.inlpta.com.uk ) U.K

For over 19 years, as a Trainer and Consultant, he has successfully organised, co-ordinated and presented numerous public and in-company training courses.
