Viknasvaran Ramachandran, popularly known as "Vicky" has vast experience in the areas of personal development, motivation, customer service, leadership and teambuilding, having trained over 20,000 participants in Malaysia and the ASEAN region.

Vicky is also currently the Founding Member and Vice President (International & Social Affairs) of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (M.A.P.S).

For over 14 years, as a Trainer and Consultant, he has successfully organised, co-ordinated and presented numerous public and in-company training courses.

He was appointed as a Group Training Manager for several years by one of the Largest ICT Group of Companies specialising in Information and Communication Technology. His prime responsibility there was to introduce Cultural Change programmes and setting up an excellent Corporate Culture amongst the workforce.

Another of his mile stones when he has successfully introduced & implemented Value - Based Management (EVA) Economic Value Added Concept for the entire Organisation. At present he is working with his client for the World Class ICT Certification of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).

Recently, Vicky has received Accreditation as a Certified Practitioner and Life Coach of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) by Mental Combat (U.K). Vicky holds a professional qualification from (UK) on Business Administration.
