Putri Juliani binti Johari is a Learning Principal with PETRONAS Management Training Sdn Bhd (PMTSB) at the PERMATA campus located in Bangi, in the state of Selangor. With more than 25 years working experience in the Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Development (HRD), she has been involved in many corporate improvement and change initiatives contributing to the HR best practices in the organization and the transformation of PERMATA as a Management Training Centre for Excellence.

Her training experience in area of interest and speciality include The Value of Integrity, Training of Trainers, Mentoring, Interaction Management, Supervisory Development Skills, Presentation Skills, Managing Motivation for Performance Improvement, English Language Development, Strategic Story-Telling, as well as Development of Blended Learning programs.

Currently her focused specialisation are in the Instructional Design development and implementation, Learning Intervention and Consultancy for customized learning solutions.
She holds a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Southern California, USA, and a Bachelor of Arts (English) (Hons) from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur.
