Ordinary members
Ordinary members shall be entitled to all rights and privileges of the Association, and shall share in its responsibilities. - Any individual shall be eligible for Ordinary membership in the Association who:-

Earns all portion of his or her income from at least Ten (10) Professional speaking engagements for fee, not limited to the last 12 months.

Has a reputation for integrity and sound character.

Agrees to abide by the Constitution, The Association's Code of Professional Ethics and such other rules or regulations as may be adopted from time to time.

Associate Members
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS are members who are in the process of learning to become Ordinary members.
Any individual shall be eligible for Associate Membership in the Association who :-

Supplies materials , equipment or services to Professional speakers.

Has a reputation for integrity and sound character.

HONORARY MEMBERSHIP
HONORARY MEMBERSHIP may be conferred upon any person by a two-thirds vote of the members present in a general meeting. Such memberships shall be restricted to persons whose activities and public standing or reputation are consistent with the purpose of our Association.
Honorary Membership is only an honorary position and shall carry with it No Rights, including voting rights or obligations of membership except as the Executive Committee may determine. In the Constitution, all references to "members" should not refer to Honorary Members unless the context clearly recognizes otherwise.
Life Membership
Life Membership may be approved by the Executive Committee upon such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Executive Committee from time to time. |
